manifest integrated event activation
Summary
Manifest was more than a trade-show appearance. It was an opportunity to introduce Dot Ai’s asset intelligence platform, create meaningful audience engagement, capture customer and partner perspectives, and extend the value of the event well beyond the show floor.
I developed and coordinated an integrated event campaign spanning pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, digital experiences, executive content production, and post-event follow-up.
THE opportunity
Trade shows can easily become collections of disconnected deliverables: a booth, a landing page, a few social posts, and a follow-up email assembled after everyone returns home exhausted.
The opportunity was to create a connected audience journey in which each component served a clear role:
Attract the right attendees
Make the value proposition easier to understand
Create a reason to engage at the booth
Capture useful audience signals
Produce lasting brand and executive content
Give Sales structured follow-up opportunities
Continue the conversation after the event
MY ROLE
I worked across event strategy, campaign development, creative direction, content production, vendor coordination, digital execution, and post-event activation.
My responsibilities included shaping the booth engagement concept, developing the supporting assessment and landing experiences, directing event-related content, coordinating video production, leading executive and partner interviews, and building the post-event follow-up journey.
The Integrated Campaign
The activation connected multiple touchpoints across the event lifecycle.
Before the Event
I developed promotional and digital assets designed to introduce Dot Ai’s presence, communicate its value, and direct attendees toward relevant event experiences.
These included advertising landing pages, event messaging, and a dedicated session landing page.
On the Show Floor
The booth experience included an interactive assessment designed to create a more meaningful entry point than a generic product pitch.
The assessment and supporting CloudPage helped visitors engage with the problem Dot Ai solved while providing the team with more useful context for conversation and follow-up.
Content Production
Manifest also became the production environment for Dot Ai’s corporate reel and executive interview series.
I sourced and coordinated the production partner, developed the interview questions, led the on-camera conversations, and created new questions in real time to uncover stronger and more authentic stories.
In post-production, I identified the precise clips, sequence, and duration needed to shape the narrative and designed the supporting animations and visual elements.
Interviews included Dot Ai executives, a channel partner, and an alliance partner, creating a content library that extended beyond the event itself.
After the Event
I developed a five-wave post-event email journey to continue engagement after attendees returned home.
The campaign was designed to reconnect event participation with relevant content, product education, and clear next steps rather than relying on a single generic “thanks for stopping by” message.
Cross-Functional Execution
The campaign required coordination across Sales, leadership, creative vendors, technical resources, speakers, and partners.
I managed the relationships among those moving parts while maintaining a consistent message and experience across physical, digital, and video touchpoints.
Outcome and Value
Manifest became more than a temporary booth presence. The activation produced:
A structured engagement experience
Reusable landing and assessment assets
A multi-wave post-event campaign
Executive and partner interview content
A polished corporate reel
A broader library of footage for future marketing
Clearer pathways for Sales follow-up
The result was an event designed as a connected campaign—one that created value before, during, and after the doors closed.
